Commercial
The first part of successful engagement with our clients is making sure that everyone is clear about the objectives, boundaries and inter-dependencies of the projects we work on. These are defined in a Project Initiation Document (PID) that formalises the process for all stakeholders and provides a base from which changes can be made.
We are confident in our ability to make a difference through our clients’ engagement with us. Once we have fully understood your requirements and timescales, we will provide a fixed price to provide the agreed outputs and deliverables. Depending on the size of the project, we may set out milestones along the way so that we can agree progress and stage payments. Transparency is guaranteed throughout.
