Lisa has worked in the cleaning industry for nearly 30 years and offers a wealth of experience around cleaning teams, productivities, potential savings, staffing structures and management roles/responsibilities. Lisa set up Sandon Solutions Ltd as a consultancy business in 2022 – it was created against the backdrop of the years of experience, offering problem solving, change management, clear models for all concerned, open discussions at senior levels and stakeholder engagement (internally or externally). Furthermore, following involvement in several acquisitions, Sandon Solutions is ideally placed to independently support any organisation going through one, from either side of the fence, as there are many aspects of M&A that are often forgotten making the transition period particularly difficult for all involved.
