David is a commercially focused board level strategic business leader with significant experience across the public and private sectors in developing, implementing and reviewing organisational strategies.

David established Cadaema Consulting Services in 2019 to provide, not just a traditional consultancy practice that provides recommendations and ideas for strategies, but is also committed to leading and supporting their implementation so that they deliver tangible results for all relationship stakeholders.  David’s approach is naturally collaborative and, he experience of working within different sectors as both client and provider give him a unique insight into the pressures and aspirations all organisations face.

At the heart of how David operates is his unwavering commitment to sustainability – in its truest sense – and identifying strategic objectives that meet current organisational need whilst not compromising the ability of future generations to make equally effective decisions drives how he and Cadaema operate.
