
Aidan Ross
Aidan has operated in the hospitality industry for over 30 years in many sectors including banking, corporate head office environments, independent and state education, restaurants, conferencing, and banqueting. Aidan’s career started as a chef and has progressed into senior management where most recently he was Regional Director operating a large portfolio of sites across London and the Southeast of England.
He has a true understanding on how to operate a well-managed kitchen and efficient quality service and always seeks opportunities to enhance on the foundations already in place.
He has significant experience in kitchen design, from new builds to refurbishments and retrofits and has an exemplary knowledge the supply market. He will input constructive feedback into this process, drawing from his experience of operating in kitchens.
He is hugely experienced in mobilisations of new contracts and ensuring KPI delivery. Aidan also has significant experience in food safety, allergen management and health and safety and can support in improving standards in these areas.
Aidan supports clients in some of the day to day catering challenges they face where specialist experience is needed from procurement, tender support, subsidy reduction, contractor management, kitchen improvement or food and presentation standards.
