Our Sectors
Sector Expertise Overview
Understanding our clients and the environments in which they operate is one of Cadaema’s differentiators, and a key element of our values. We specialise in working across all aspects of the public sector, but we work with organisations in a wide variety of areas and often find the learnings we have taken from one client or project are relevant to a completely different sector.
Leaning on our desire and ability to fundamentally understand your organisation’s objectives, pressure points and customer base context, we are confident we can apply our skills to any organisation in any sector. What’s important to us is that there is a culture alignment between us and that we can work together collaboratively.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local authorities are – and will always be – the focal point for local public services across the country. Although their property needs are changing as more customers access services through technology solutions, there remains a need for all tiers of local government to retain a physical presence in their communities.

HEALTHCARE
The healthcare sector – and especially acute hospital trusts – relies on a range of effective non-clinical services to underpin successful healthcare outcomes. Increasingly, as budgets are squeezed, and the population demands more complex clinical services from the NHS, there is a conflict of demands from finance structures.

EDUCATION
The perceived independence of Academies since the 2010 Academies Act means that sharper focus is placed on all forms of outcomes, governance and control within Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).

HIGHER EDUCATION
Student expectations are rising along with the fees they pay to attend university. Understandably, they are demanding higher standards from the campuses, colleges and research areas they will be living and working in for the duration of their course.
They demand an exceptional student experience.

PRIVATE SECTOR
The outsourced facilities management sector is now one of the most competitive and mature markets in the UK. It’s true that some areas are more mature than others, but the overall increasing maturity means supplier organisations can no longer rely on simply being as cheap as they can be to win tenders and make them commercially successful.
