Frazer Rendell

Frazer brings over 40 years’ experience in the Soft FM sector, building a portfolio career that spans operational leadership, consultancy, advisory work, and industry engagement. He is known for translating complex organisational challenges into practical, people-focused solutions that improve performance and deliver sustainable results.

His experience covers both national and international roles across operational management, marketing, project management, communications, and strategic development. Since moving into consultancy in 2013, Frazer has delivered projects across hotels, business and industry, education, and healthcare. His work includes quality reviews, benchmarking, training, and both outsourcing and insourcing programmes, ranging from smaller assignments to major initiatives valued at over $1 billion.

Alongside his consulting work, Frazer contributes strong governance and thought leadership. He is a Non-Executive Director at Goodenough College and has served as a judge for the Engage Awards and Quality Food Awards. He also spent six years as a Governor for an NHS Mental Health Trust. His involvement with the Engage for Success movement, including leading research in collaboration with Cranfield Business School, reflects his ongoing commitment to advancing employee engagement and driving meaningful business improvement.

Outside of work, Frazer enjoys cooking, staying fit, travelling, and spending time outdoors – particularly hiking in Norway.
